At Ace of Diamonds Ltd, we take the issue of health and safety seriously. We understand that it is our duty to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare at work of all our employees and anyone else who may be affected by our activities. Our main aim is for all employees to return home safely at the end of the day having not suffered any injury or ill health due to undertaking work for ourselves. We strongly believe that health and safety should be a two-way process. We believe that by investing in training and equipment, we encourage our teams to work safely and to consider their actions and how it affects others. We have an open-door policy that encourages the teams to openly raise any issues and concerns they may have.

For every job that is carried out by us, an extensive risk assessment and method statement is carried out. A copy of this is sent to the client before works commence. The team are also briefed and given a copy, which they sign to confirm their understanding of the contents.
