An effective method of breaking concrete, granite and stone into smaller more manageable pieces, bursting involves drilling a series of holes then inserting a hydraulic ‘burster head’ to form cracks between the holes.  The material can then be easily removed manually or with mechanical assistance and it also reduces problems with HAVS as breaking out is sometimes not necessary. At Ace of Diamonds Ltd, we offer an near-silent method of removing large concrete obstructions such as foundations and pile caps. Our concrete bursting equipment is capable of breaking blocks that are up to 2m thick. Powered by hydraulics that are inserted into diamond drilled holes, the pressure applied causes the concrete to break up for easy removal.
