DIAMOND TRACK SAWING

When access is a problem and space confined, Diamond Track Sawing is the best way to cut reinforced concrete, blockwork, masonry and other materials. Machines are transported in parts and assembled on site for ultimate flexibility. Track saws can cut to depths of up to 525mm, making them highly suited to cutting new doorways and window openings or sawing floors and walls to specific requirements.

Our new high frequency track sawing offers many advantages over hydraulic systems including two to three times more production due to easier assembly and faster cutting times. Machines break down into manageable sections weighing less than the 25 kilo manual handling regulation for one-man set up and operation. Because no hydraulics are involved, high frequency sawing is especially suited to environmental projects such as water treatment works where oil spillages must be avoided.
